Recently, Code of Practice for Maintenance and Servicing of Vortex Spinning Equipment (T/CCTA10104-2026), reviewed and approved by the China Cotton Textile Association (CCTA), has been officially released, filling the gap of national general industrial standards for the maintenance and servicing of vortex spinning equipment in China. As another landmark achievement in the development of industrial standardization, this standard lays a solid institutional foundation for standardized equipment operation & maintenance and high-quality industrial growth.

Led by Wujiang Jingyi Special Fiber Co., Ltd., the standard was jointly compiled with multiple key industrial enterprises including Suzhou Jingzheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Lvneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Zhongtai Jinfu Special Yarn Co., Ltd. This marks another core fundamental general industrial standard led by Wujiang Jingyi Special Fiber, following its previously developed Code of Practice for Vortex Spinning Operators, further consolidating its leading position in industrial standardization construction.

The newly released standard has undergone extensive practical refinement and iterative optimization. Its prototype, the Trial Version of Working Methods for Vortex Spinning Equipment Maintenance, was first unveiled at the China Vortex Spinning Industry Development Conference & Annual Meeting of the Vortex Spinning Branch under CCTA in December 2025. During the trial implementation phase, the document was continuously revised and improved based on on-site application and practical verification by multiple benchmark enterprises, together with frontline production pain points and equipment operation & maintenance demands, and eventually finalized into a scientific, standardized and implementable formal specification.

The official enforcement of Code of Practice for Maintenance and Servicing of Vortex Spinning Equipment signals another breakthrough in applied fundamental standardization for China’s vortex spinning sector. By standardizing the entire workflow of equipment maintenance and servicing, the standard effectively addresses weak links in industrial operation and maintenance, facilitates quality improvement, efficiency gains and cost reduction across the industry, and drives the steady advancement of the vortex spinning industry toward standardization, intelligent manufacturing, sustainability and internationalization.

Meanwhile, another group standard led and drafted by Wujiang Jingyi Special Fiber, Undyed Yarn Blended with Polyamide Viscose Fiber and Polyamide 6 for Vortex Spinning (T/CCTA 30523-2026), was released on the same day. The rollout of the two standards further entrenches the enterprise’s benchmark standing in the vortex spinning field and injects robust momentum into the high-quality, standardized development of the whole industry.
