Recently, the Suzhou Municipal Development and Reform Commission announced the list of demonstration projects for the integrated cluster of Suzhou's advanced materials industry in 2025. The annual production technological transformation project of 35,000 tons of vortex spinning new materials by Suzhou Jingzheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jingyi Group, was successfully selected.

Jingyi Group was established in 2012 and is a benchmark enterprise in jet vortex spinning. Its subsidiary, Suzhou Jingzheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd., founded in January 2021, focuses on the research and development of new material technologies, sales of knitted textiles and raw materials, manufacturing of high-performance fibers and composite materials, research and development of bio-based material technologies, manufacturing of cellulose fiber raw materials and fibers, and fabric textile processing. The company has been recognized with honors and qualifications such as National 5G Factory, National Green Factory, National High-Tech Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Five-Star Cloud Integration Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Green Factory, Jiangsu Province Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Workshop, and Jiangsu Province Industrial Internet and Cloud Platform Enterprise.

                The annual production technological transformation project of 35,000 tons of vortex spinning new materials by Suzhou Jingzheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. plans to purchase 164 sets of domestic blowing-carding units, carding machines, and other equipment, introduce 60 sets of vortex spinning machines, and absorb the production capacity of the "Annual Production of 150,000 Spindles of High-End Combed New-type Automated Spinning Project." The project will carry out intelligent technological transformation of the combed production line to enhance the enterprise's intelligent production technology level and help the company save energy and reduce consumption. The overall product technology reaches international advanced levels, promoting the related industry chain toward high-end, intelligent, and green development, and enhancing the innovative competitiveness of China's textile industry in the global market.
